Our Renovation & Remodeling Process

Phase One: Your Vision
We start every home renovation or remodel project with an initial consultation. Here, we aim to understand your vision and goals for the project. After this initial meeting, we’ll put together a project budget and timeline. During this phase, we’ll also consult with designers, architects, and structural engineers, as needed on the project.

Phase Two: Design Planning
Next is the planning stage. Here, we lay out your vision into a step-by-step renovation plan. Working with you and the design team, we agree to a proposal that includes construction drawings, construction materials, and a final budget and renovation schedule.

Phase Three: The Construction
Once any necessary permits are acquired and the final plans are approved, it’s time to start your renovation. During construction, your Project Manager will be highly engaged with you, providing regular progress reports on the renovation. They’ll meet with you to review finishes, choose materials, and schedule walkthroughs.

Phase Four: The Reveal
This is our favourite part of any project: the reveal. We will walk you through your home to ensure you’re 100% satisfied with the final renovation product. Then, all that’s left for you to do is enjoy.
