Phase One: Your Vision
Every quality construction project starts with understanding your vision. For this first phase, we’ll sit down with you to understand the complete end-to-end needs of this project in order to create a construction plan that fits your goals. Throughout this phase, we’ll help you select designers, architects, and structural engineers to ensure the best minds are working for you.
Phase Two: The Proposal
Here, we take your vision and turn it into an action plan, with a clearly laid out scope, construction schedule, and budget. We’ll outline the labour and materials needed, including subcontractors, equipment, licenses, inspections, and more.
Phase Three: The Construction
Once construction begins, it’s our job to ensure that all work is completed to the highest standard, and on time. During construction, we prioritize safety and cleanliness to ensure minimal disruption and waste wherever possible. Throughout construction, we’ll provide regular status updates, and your project manager will communicate any necessary changes to the project.
Phase Four: The Reveal
Once construction is complete, it’s finally time to enjoy the fruits of our labour. We’ll provide a walkthrough of the finished home to ensure you are 100% satisfied with the final product.
