Phase One
We begin with an initial introduction or consultation meeting, during which we discuss the project and your goals. Then, we create a preliminary budget and timeline, as well as provide you with the opportunity to meet consultants who are experts in architecture, interior design, or structrual engineering.

Phase Two
This part of the project is about finalizing our plan and all the moving parts we will need for a successful build with extraordinary results. We coordinate the Design Team, create a tender (or proposal), and nail down the budget and schedule.

Phase Three
Your dream takes on tangible form during construction. Progress updates give you a close-up, hands-on understanding of the process, and we will review any possible changes to the plan, budget, or schedules to ensure the build continues smoothly.

Phase Four
Walk through the completed build with our team, experience what you have had a hand in creating, and step into your new luxury home.
