The first step is to begin with an initial consultation meeting. Here, we’ll discuss the project and the goals for your home. From there, we’ll create a preliminary budget and project timeline. This will also give you the opportunity to meet with our expert consultants who specialize in architecture, interior design, and structural engineering.

Phase Two: The Plan
This step is about coming to a mutual agreement on the final plan. Once we have a plan in place, we can start to arrange all the key components that go into building your custom home. We work with the design team, create a proposal, and agree to the final budget and schedule.

This is where your custom Whistler home starts to come to life. Step three is the construction phase. Here, we provide regular updates to give you detailed insights into the progress of your home. We’ll keep you updated on any possible changes needed to the plan, budget, or schedule.
